At Anime Halifax we take excellent pride in our shipping standards. All TGC singles will come with a free penny sleeve & cards over $5.00 CAD will come in a toploader FREE of charge. Booster packs, graded cards & singles are shipped in bubble mailers or crushproof boxes to prevent damage in transit, & larger items are always wrapped.
You may cancel your order with a 100% refund up-to 72 hours after your purchase, after that all sales are final & we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Email animehalifax@gmail.com for support.

Pre-Order Info
You may cancel pre-orders within 48 hours of your order being received. Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made.
All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.
Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional $9.99 shipping charge.
Anime Halifax reserves the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
Pre-orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited we will fulfill orders in order they are received. All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Shipping & Returns
All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $200 CAD.
At this time, we do not accept returns on any TCG products. For all other items, you can return them back, unopened & in their original condition for a store credit (the item must arrive 'not as described' to qualify).
